    The first half drags like that while I kept hoping for new details. Chloe was scarred by her past, learning too young that nightmares are real. Had it been more from Chloe's perspective instead of the same old event narration it might have been more interesting. It had most details from the first book which were repeated in nearly the same manner making the book boring. One where he can crush bones (literally, he did with a baseball bat) and torture for days and days. What I did not like about the book was the fact that almost 60% of it was redundant.
